Requirements

For the safety and comfort of our guests, there are some requirements for pets while visiting The Paw.

• Current required vaccinations (see vaccinations)
• Prescription strength flea preventative
• Negative fecal stool test yearly
• Neatly trimmed toenails
• No food for two hours prior to pool use
• On leash except in designated areas with supervision
• Please help keep the facility clean - Pick up after your pet (there are clean up stations located conveniently throughout the resort)
• Be courteous to others - ask before allowing your pet to greet another guest

 

*A guest must possess a temperament that allows our staff to properly care for them.

*Off leash play may be contigent on a guest's ability to come back when called.

*Group/social play is contigent on a guest's ability to integrate into group settings.

*While The Paw loves and respects all breeds of dogs, we are not able to enroll pitbulls or American Staffordshire terriers into group activity due to their high energy reactive play styles.

*The Paw reserves the right to deny admittance or services at any time, for any reason, and/or to remove a guest from the premise, or segregate any pet at our discretion

*The Paw reserves the right to add additional fees to daily rates due to additional services required or for unruly behavior by pets as needed without owner's previous consent
