- Vaccinations need to be current (proof required-see vaccinations)
- If possible, make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance of your pet's stay
- Ongoing flea preventative
- Negative fecal test within the past year
- Spay or neuter required for daycare play greater than 6 months of age
- Please contact us for drop off or pick up outside of regular business hours
- Daycare requires an assessment prior to participating in group activities

Specifics for boarding
- Please limit belongings to one small bag that may include the following:
- Your pet's diet that is pre-packaged for meals
- One washable bed/blanket/matt
- Two comfort items (toys)
- The exact amount of medications needed for the stay including instructions
Check out time
- Monday-Saturday 7:30am -11:00am- after that 1/2 day charge is applied for that day
- Sunday 1:00pm-4:30pm- 1/2 day charge is applied for Sunday pickups
- After hours-when available this is offered by prearranged appointment only-$15 charge is applied
Cancellation Policy
- We recommend making reservations early to guarantee a room or suite, especially over the holidays.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24 hours notice for non-holiday periods
- 7 day notice for all holidays recognized by the US Postal Service
- 14 day notice over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and from December 22 - January 2
A credit card number will be used to hold the reservation and may be charged $15 if the reservation is not cancelled within the above time frame.
